You can raise an exchange or return request within 7 days of delivery of the product. All the tags should be intact, the product must not be damaged or used. Dautee reserves the right to rejected any exchange or return request based on the policy.

Once you have placed an exchange request, we will review the request and book a pickup within 48 hours. After the product is picked up, it usually takes about 5-8 working days for us to receive and check the product. After the product has been checked, the new product is shipped and reaches you within 2-5 days

COD charge of ₹50 will not be refunded.

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if an item is defective, or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and correct it.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, the refund will be processed within 12-14 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
